Before the Event
There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.

More than 30 days prior to the event
25% Refund Fee.

Between 7 - 30 days prior to the event
50% Refund Fee.

Less than 7 days prior to the event
100% Refund Fee.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of an event cancellation or postponement by the local authorities, event venue or event promoter - the ticket holder will be entitled to carry the ticket over to the new/rescheduled event date, or alternatively receive a refund equivalent to 80% of their ticket value.

After the event: No Refunds
